I tried to talk to someone at ZS a few months ago but i got a slap in the face. The email is long gone and I dont remember who did it. I'm here because I believe in the living dead. I've read the Zombie Survival guide and that was nice and all but I dont believe in the virus. Atleast not Solanum. I believe there have been cover ups performed by those who have no names. I'm in to conspiracies, and in search of the Truth. Please, Update me on whatever data anyone has collected. I dont have much on the undead as much as I do on the dead. This inciddent is most likely drug related.........What a shame.
It happened at an after-party after an "un-dead" rave I almost went to.

Now my zombie fun is tainted. Now I'm going to do have to do Zombie Walk with a vengence!

The psycholgical work to overcome fear, and supporting solidarity are important focus points at times like this. May the horrific actions of one insane person not squelch the future joys of our community at large. A common reaction to events like this is for people who normally love raves and costume events is to hide away and avoid future gatherings out of fear. From now on, there is going to be a contingent of people who view zombie stuff and raves as potentially dangerous. This mostly outsider perspective is a mistake.

A fearful perspective breeds isolation which is the opposite affect than the increased connection and care I feel is needed to build a safer community. We need to really know each other as opposed to avoiding those who are strangers to us!

I love my community and believe safety at gatherings is very important, however; It is impossible to completely insolate ourselves against the bad things: drug deals gone bad, bloody fights and kids killed by drunken drivers, overdoses etc. A 6 person murder in this case is about as bad as it gets. What a freakish shame.

Love for everyone out there who has been hurt by this violence.

On March 18, Zombie Squad, St. Louis's very own anti-zombie task force, will stage a Zombie Flash Mob to and help raise the awareness the zombie threat poses to our community. What better way to study your enemy that to walk in their shoes?

Who's got the baddest crew?
This is going to be a full-on, ninja squad vs. zombie cult vs. (whoever you are here...) non-harmful, tribal warfare based on the proceedures of the "unread/unwritten guide to intercommunal protocol and behavior."

Games follow these general guidelines:
Tribes make a flag with their own icon/symbol/insignia on both faces.
Flags are to be hung in a reachable public space frequented or facilitated by members of the tribe.
Every active member needs to carry 1 red sharpie and wear their tribal insignia.
Tagging an opponent with a red sharpie (anywhere on the opponent's skin or clothing) marks them as inactive for one full day.
Game ends when a tribe collects all flags from opposing tribes.
One flag can be taken at a time by each member.
If a tribes flag is taken, the only flag that tribe can seek is their own.
If a flag is taken, all tribes must be notified.
To win the game, a tribe must collect all flags within a week of obtaining their first flag

Zombie Squad will be showing two Zombie Films at the Grand Oak Hill Community Center in St. Louis and we would like you to come join us.

Why:
Because you need to know what to do in case of an outbreak in our area. Feel free to bring who ever you want that you think needs a little more zombie educating.

May 7th 2005. We plan on starting the first film around 7:00pm so get there early.
